Where is House of Candy located?
We are in the heart of Barcelona, near Plaça de Catalunya, in Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 620 — right in front of the Teatre Coliseum
How much are the tickets?
You can check the prices on our tickets page.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes. Our staff at the entrance to House of Candy will help you with ticket purchases, although we recommend buying them on our website to ensure availability.
How long does the House of Candy experience last?
The experience can last as long as you like. Most visitors typically spend between 60 and 90 minutes exploring.
What security measures have been implemented at House of Candy?
We have implemented various security measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our visitors.
These measures include access control, security cameras, and clear and well-defined emergency procedures. In addition, we closely follow public health guidelines and recommendations to ensure everyone's well-being.
TICKET SALES AND ADMISSION
Can I pay in cash?
At House of Candy, we try to avoid cash payments as a security measure. Cash is accepted, but we ask our visitors to try to use credit or debit cards.
Can I transfer or get a refund for my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What happens if I can't go on the date indicated on my ticket?
No problem, you can change your ticket date to another available day.
The important thing is that the new date has the same price as the tickets you already bought.
To manage the change, send an email to info@houseofcandy.es and our team will help you as soon as possible.
Can I enter House of Candy before/after my entry time?
We recommend arriving at the time indicated on your ticket; we accept a margin of up to 10 minutes.
If you arrive outside of those hours, entry will depend on availability and capacity at that time, so we cannot guarantee access.
If you wish, you can change the date of your entry by writing to info@houseofcandy.es
Is there a flexible entry option? (No set time or date)
We don't have flexible entry; you always have to select a date and time.
Alternatively, we offer the 2-in-1 ticket, which includes entry to House of Candy and White Rabbit, our second immersive experience about Catalan culture.
This option does not have a fixed date and time, so you can come any day and at any time you prefer.
What do I need for check-in?
Show the QR code from the PDF you received in the confirmation email and a huge smile.
I see different prices each day, why is that?
We have lower prices during quieter times and on weekdays.
You can enjoy up to 10% off when you book a day of the week!
THE EXPERIENCE
Is there a minimum age to attend the experience?
The experience is for all ages.
Does House Of Candy offer food and drinks?
Yes, we have a coffee and ice cream area open to the public, no entrance fee required.
Enjoy specialty coffee from Onyva and the artisanal ice cream of Parallelo Gelato To begin or end the sweetest experience in Barcelona!
Is it possible to book for a large group or plan an event at House Of Candy?

Are there any rules regarding taking photographs?
Not only can you, you should! Photos and videos are part of the experience. However, we ask that you respect the privacy of those around you while you're doing so.
Facilities and accessibility to the experience
Is the experience accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, there are stairs at House of Candy, but there are also two elevators so everyone can enjoy the full experience. And the restrooms are adapted to ensure accessibility for wheelchair users.
Is there a place to store strollers and other items?
Yes, we can store your stroller if needed. We also have lockers with codes where you can securely store your personal belongings.
You choose the code to close them and access them when you need to; however, House of Candy is not responsible for lost items.
The dimensions of our lockers vary, the largest being 97.4 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 50 cm (depth), and the smallest being 47.8 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 50 cm (depth).
Are there restrooms available?
Yes, we have easily accessible restrooms in the cafe, as well as another restroom halfway through the tour.
Does the place have air conditioning?
Yes. You can rest assured, neither you nor the sweets are going to melt.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, although we love animals, they are not allowed inside House of Candy, with the exception of properly registered service dogs on a suitable leash.

What happens if I lose an item during the visit?
House of Candy is not responsible for items lost during the experience.
However, we have security cameras in the space and will do everything we can to help you if you get lost.
