Rental of the room or venue
Can I book just one room?
Yes. You can rent half the room (up to 20 people) or the entire room (up to 40 people), depending on the size of your group.
Can I reserve the entire venue?
Yes. We offer the option to privatize the entire House of Candy for up to 200 people, with special conditions and prices. Write to us and we'll coordinate it.
Is there a limit on guests?
Yes, the maximum capacity must be respected:
- Half room: up to 20 people.
- Full room: up to 40 people.
- Full venue: up to 200 people.
Food & details
Is food served at House of Candy?
Yes. We offer sweets, coffee from Onyva, ice cream from Paral·lelo Gelato, and cookies from Demasié. For your event, we can also arrange basic catering for an additional cost.
Can I bring outside food to my event?
Yes, you are allowed to bring in outside food and drinks, but they can only be consumed inside the rented room (not during the experience).
Can I bring a cake or muffins?
Of course! You can bring your own cake. We have a cooler to store it until the event starts.
Do you offer gift bags or details?
Yes. We can prepare personalized candy jars for your guests for an additional cost.
Can I decorate the space for my party?
Yes. Balloons, garlands, or other items that don't damage the furniture are permitted. Always check with our team first to confirm.
Is there staff included during the event?
There's no dedicated staff. Our team will be available on the tour, but if you'd like additional personnel (photographer, entertainer, etc.), we can arrange it with you.
Available times
Can private events be held at midday or in the afternoon?
Yes. Standard hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For special events, we can assess availability after 9:00 p.m.
How long do the events last?
- Room rental: 45 minutes.
- Full experience: maximum 3 hours.
- Overtime can be added for €100/hour.
Is there parking?
We don't have our own parking, but we can recommend several nearby options.
Reservation and payment
How are reservations and payments managed?
The reservation is confirmed with full advance payment. We also require a €150 deposit, which is automatically refunded if everything is correct.
What happens if I need to cancel my event?
- Full enclosure:
- More than 4 weeks in advance: 100% refund.
- Between 2 and 3 weeks: 50% refund.
- Less than 1 week: no refund.
- More than 4 weeks in advance: 100% refund.
- Full room or half room:
- More than 1 week in advance: 100% refund.
- Less than 1 week: no refund.
- More than 1 week in advance: 100% refund.
What happens if fewer guests come than expected?
No refunds are made.
What happens if more guests come than expected?
As long as the maximum capacity is not exceeded, they may join by paying the corresponding additional ticket.

Can shootings or recordings be done?
Yes. House of Candy is a perfect setting for photoshoots, music videos, campaigns, or branded content. Write to us with your idea and we'll help you organize it.
