We had a birthday party with 5-year-olds. Ainhoa greeted us at the entrance and Alex served us in the dining room. They were both incredibly friendly, accommodating our needs and very accommodating. The obstacle course was so much fun it was almost surreal! The kids had a blast and the adults felt like kids too. Highly recommended!

We visited the place as part of our daughter's birthday celebration with her friends, ages 7 to 9. It's a fun, dynamic, and interactive museum, perfect for burning off energy. The facilities are in excellent condition and tastefully designed. The staff is excellent—their service, attention to detail, and group management were very well planned and executed.
Recommended for spending quality time with family or friends.

The children loved it. They gave it their all, shouting and running around everywhere. I also really liked the place; it was very original, fun, well thought out, and above all, clean. We will definitely recommend it to other parents at the school who want to organize events there.

Itinerary
- We start with the snacks in a private room (45 min).
- We continue with the entry to the experience (no time limit).
Schedules
- Private room rental times available: daily, 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Please check availability later for special events: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
PARTICIPANTS
- For every 5 children (0–12 years) it is mandatory that 1 adult do the experience.
- Children under 2 enter free.
- Minimum 10 people.
Decoration
Preparation Time: You have 30 minutes included to prepare the private room before the event.
It is allowed to bring balloons, garlands, etc.
It is not permitted to attach elements that could damage the walls or furniture.
After the snack, it is mandatory to store the decorations in the lockers before starting the experience in order to proceed with cleaning the room.

- There is no dedicated staff for the event.
- Our team will be available throughout the experience.

Food and drink
- 1 jar of candy as a gift for each guest.
- It is allowed to bring in outside food and drinks, including cake.
- We only provide cups and napkins. We don't have plates or cutlery.
- Food and drinks are only allowed inside the private room, not in the cafeteria or the experience.
- Optional catering: €7 per person
- Sweet option: Demasié cookies, Paralelo ice cream, and juice.
- Savory option: sandwiches, croissant, juice. (Valid only for groups of 10 people or more.)
